How can I change the colour of each line in my Gantt/Timeline chart?

I want to customise my Gant/timeline so that each line/job is represented in a different colour. Currently, I'm struggling to work out if there is something I can trigger on my boards to make this possible. 

I imagine it should be a function because Gantt charts are usually colour-coded or can define each task, Job or timeline by colour. 

I did find a video about Epics having a colour option, but I'm not sure if this is bound to the epic icon itself or is maybe also a premium function because I wasn't able to follow the tutorial with my free version or Jira Work Management.
