How can I change the Editors/Viewers of a dashboard?

I am able to create and edit a dashboard. However when I go to rename and share:

 

I am not able to change the viewers when I click the dropdown.

When I add an editor and click save nothing happens.

From the looks of things, your Jira Admin needs to grant the ability to share dashboards.  They can do that here:
