How can I change login page in Jira 8.20

Hi Team 

I am trying to change my "Default Login Page"  via UI if possible. Looking around at most of the comments on other sites. Seems this can only be complete via html editor or on the servers login .jsp. Can anyone confirm or provide insight with how to make these changes

You can choose your Jira Home Page as Dashboard, Board or Issue Navigator etc.

Click on Profile and you'll find the available options.
