Hello,
As a team we've decided to change our methodology from SCRUM to Kanban. We have an ongoing project on Jira with a lot of history that we don't want to lose.
Is there a way to re-configure our existing project to change it from scrum to kanban? I've created a new project template with new a new workflow, a new board and a new issue configuration.
What would be some good recommandation for a good transition? Should we start in a project from scratch? What are our options to keep our issue history in the same project?

Hi For team managed project we can have only one board, This could be challenging.
For a company managed project we may add multiple boards, adding Kanban or scrum boards will be easy as it is only organization of issues in or across a project. Here select an existing board, Create board , select scrum or Kanban and using a filter set up a new board.
Hi Hakim,
I would first try by creating a new Kanban board for the project, and use it instead of the Scrum board.
Go to Your Work in the top navigation bar, then select Boards and then View all boards.
Next click on Create board and then choose Create a Kanban board. Use From Existing Project.
Give the board a name, and choose your existing Project. Use the same project for the Location field.
Give that a try and see if it meets your need.

Hi! Is this available for team managed projects? Or are those stuck with the board type that was chosen at the creation of the project?

"Go to Your Work in the top navigation bar, then select Boards and then View all boards." - as always with Jira, where the hack is that?
