Jira does not have test case management in it, it is an issue tracker.

So, have you either

• Set up Jira to look like it is doing test case management?  If you have, then you are going to need to explain what writing a test case entails, the structure of the issues and probably the workflow for the issue types you are using for tests
• Got a test case management App added to Jira

Maybe you could give us a screen shot of a test case (with any private text blocked out), that might help identify what you've got set up in Jira to do test management.
