How can I associate a bug, test case, sub-tasks with a user story?

I am doing original estimation over a user story that estimation should be consumed by all subtasks, bugs, test case related to that user story. 

But under user story I can only link to subtask & that subtask worklog get reflected to user story.  

My requirement is that, I will do original estimation over a user story that should be consumed by all sub-tasks, bugs, test cases. So I can see in the burndown chart.

To enable bugs, cases, sub-tasks and so-on as sub-tasks on issues in a project, add the sub-task types into the project's "issue type scheme"

However, bear in mind that the sprint estimates on sub-tasks will not be counted on a Burn chart because you do not estimate or burn on sub-tasks, they're not what you commit to at the start of a sprint.
