I have altered the permissions for customer groups to allow all issues to be shared across customer groups. Plus i have assigned issue type security to be anyone in the Customer portal.
What am I missing?

Hi Brant thanks for that. I have already got organisations setup, but this has not solved the issue in allowing all customers to see all issues. they can still only see their own that they have raised. Any other suggestions?

Liam the portal has its own functionality and security. I would suggest just adding everyone to the same organization and applying that organization to every issue. The only problem I see with that is they would be able to see all the details and comment on all issues. Maybe this is OK with what you are trying to do.
