How can I add notifications to my dashboard?

I would like to add to the dashboard a gadget that shows me my latest notifications for Jira and Confluence (changes on pages in watching, mentions...)

You can use the Activity Stream Gadget, I don't know if it has all the things you want to see but I think it's the only helpful gadget, you can add multiple filters based on Project, Activity, Username, Issue type, update date.

Thanks @elenushhh. But how can I set up the filters to show me the changes on all tickets/pages I'm watching or my mentions?
