How can I add an item to the Main Menu Bar in Jira?

If I wanted to add an item to the main menu bar in Jira, how can I do that? For example, I want to add: Timesheet next to the Apps option in the menu.

You can't, because that part of the GUI is not something you have the ability to alter.
