How can I add JIRA software license while setting up the application using PowerShell?

I'm trying to set up the JIRA application with the help of PowerShell. It seems that even if the JIRA license key is passed via a POST web request, it's not reflecting in the DB.
While posting the web request I'm bypassing the "atl_token" parameter by using : X-Atlassian-Token='no-check'.
By any chance can I get the atl_token from the web requests?
Is there any other method that can be used to get this done?
