How can I add 2 new Status items to the existing Kanban board

For the FINT Kanban board can we add ‘TALENT Development’ and ‘TALENT Configuration’ to the existing Status dropdown on our existing board as shown below?

Hi @[deleted]  - It depends on the type of Project as to how you would go about that. 

If it is a Classic Software project, then edit the workflow to add the statuses. If it is a shared workflow, you will need to be a Jira Administrator to edit it.

If it is a Next-gen or Business project, then add a new column to your board. That will update the workflow automatically and add the status to the workflow.
