How can I Increase Jra-Software licenses

We have Jira v8.5 and Jira- software license limit is 100 in this edition my question is can we increase this number?

if yes then how or what should be the steps?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The short answer is "buy more licences".  Your billing people would normally be able to do that.

However, Server is going away in six months, and Atlassian stopped new licence sales some months ago, to prompt people to move to the systems that are not going away - Data Center and Cloud.  If you want to change the number of users you have, you need to move to DC or Cloud, and then talk to your people who are named as the billing contacts.
