I've tried to switch my Jira account for free, but I haven't been able to do it. I want to have only one Jira account. I want to delete my other account. I can’t delete it because there’s a premium invoice associated with it. Could you please help me resolve this?

To change your subscription plan:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Billing and select your subscription if you have more than one.
Select Manage Subscriptions and you’ll see the plan for each subscription under its subscription details.
Select Change next to the subscription’s plan.
From the Select plan page, select the plan you want.
Moving from a paid plan to a Free plan
When you move from a Standard or Premium plan to a Free plan, the change takes effect in the next billing period. We don’t refund any remaining days left in your billing cycle. You’ll also lose access to the features specific to the paid plan.
