How can GreenHopper be enabled for on-demand projects?

The instructions are for GreenHopper Download, and do not apply to on-demand enablement.

As a result, we cannot get going with GreenHopper today as desired.

Does this require Support Intervention to enable? It is not clear.

If it's enabled (i.e. paid for) in your OnDemand account but you're not seeing it, contact OnDemand support.
