How best to separate Jira's activities?

Good afternoon,

I am having doubts regarding the best application of the tasks of the jira for the development of mobile applications, I have the following stages of development:

- Opening
- Requirements Analysis;
- Revision of Requirements (approval by Project Manager);
- Data modeling;
- Implementation / development;
- Review of source code;
- Tests;
- Closing

In these steps, I am in doubt which are the best ways to include in the jira, which I use as subtasks or dependent tasks.

Anyone with experience using jira in the mobile application development environment?
