How are updates on Jira tickets fed to Advanced Roadmaps' plan rows?

I'm developing a solution for a client team who hosts their own Jira instance.  They have no experience with the Advanced Roadmaps feature and I'm formulating questions on their behalf to stay ahead of the curve.

I'm aware that I can update Jira tickets from an AR plan row by  usign Review Changes, then "committing" them to Jira.  Are updates sent in the opposite direction, at all?  For example, if I change a ticket Summary or Due Date, will those ever update the AR plan?

Thanks,

Nick

Yes, changes in Jira are visible in Advanced Roadmaps, BUT... only after manually refreshing the advanced roadmaps browser screen. There is not an automatic refresh like there is on sprint boards.
