How a manager gets an info about an approval action?

We use tempo as a holiday planner. This works very well.

However, the manager, who need to do an approval, needs to be informed withaout to be loggedin to Tempo (without open it and take a look of the sheet)

Is this possible that the Manager will be informed by mail about an open action?
