How To Delete My Billing (There's no Delete Option)

I want to delete my free cloud site, and i tried to delete the billing. But unlike this documentation here How To Remove Domains and Product,, there is no delete product button, only cancel subscription appears. 

did i take the wrong step?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

It seems that you have only one product at your site, you won't be able to delete directly, first you will have to cancel the subscription and after some time Atlassian will confirm your cancellation and then I think you will be able to delete the product.

So, after cancelling the subscription, i just have to wait ? can you tell me how long it will take?

Yes, that's correct, I think it will take 24 hours approximately.
