I'm trying to use the Sprint Health Gadget to figure out scope changes for multiple projects. Does it count as a scope change in the Sprint Health Gadget if I re-estimate a story after the sprints start?
If you start your sprint and then you change the value of an issue in the field that specified in your board configurations as your Estimation Statistic, yes that will impact the Scope Change calculation in the Sprint Health Gadget.
