How I can restrict adding issues to the active Sprint without a Story Points?

I would like to avoid a situation when a user X didn't add a Story Point for a separate issue and put it to the current Sprint.

Making this filed mandatory is not a workaround - since a user can put 0.

Are there any rules & automation that I can use
