How I can activate the transition-validator-configuration

Hi there!

I want to add a transition validation into our self-hosted JIRA system like this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-make-epic-link-required-on-jira-software-issue-create-screen-815566675.html.

We use this version: Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software (v7.6.1...)

But I miss the configuration link on the workflow configuration site.

So, what could be my mistake?

What happens when you click on "Bestätigungen"?

That's where you can add the "Fields Required" validator.
