How I can activate get a copy of my own comments/updates posted?

I need to get a detail mail each time that I post a comment or update in all the tickets that I work on to make it easy to track my own activity and effort.

Click on your avatar in the top right select personal settings and scroll down and select you make changes under  get email updates .
