How I add custom link in Issue-link-section

I am creating a plug-in , where I want to insert my custom link in Issue-link-section... For your understand better my Question i am attach the snapshot, where i insert my link.

Hi Nic,
I visited the link but the url you have provided it is only for web section.

I have to use existing form to add the link.
