How Can I delete the init expected time field?

Once I just click an init expected time(I didn't set the time), the color of time administration field changed from blue to yellow.

Since I don't want to set the init expected time, Id like to know how to restore to its original state(=blue color) without deleting work time logs.

Any screenshots? init expected time field is a custom field?
