When customers accessing service desk, they are redirected to project portal.
We have two different projects - with different customers. So when the customers from project number 1 accessing service desk portal 2, they get error message "You do not have a permission to log in. If you think this is incorrect, please contact your Jira administrators."
This is great.
But because the home domain is redirected to projekt 1 portal, customers from project 2 can`t access Service Desk.
Home domain (the is redirected to project portal)
https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com
Project redirect portal:
https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/2
Are this first redirect changeable?
We want customers to log on service desk by either
https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com
or
https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com/plugins/servlet/desk
Then being able to choose the correct path (project) as shown on attached picture.
Then if they enter the project they are not allowed to, then they get the error message described earlier.
