Existe la posibilidad de recuperar tareas borradas en Jira Cloud?
Hola,
Desafortunadamente no, una vez eliminado, desaparece.
No existe tal cosa como un bote de basura / papelera de reciclaje y los problemas no se pueden recuperar.
Para los proyectos, esos podrían archivarse, pero para las tareas / problemas, me temo que si desaparecen, se perderán para siempre si no tienes una copia de seguridad.

Lamentablemente, el suyo no es posible. La única opción sería restaurar a partir de una copia de seguridad muy reciente. Sin embargo, es muy raro que tenga una copia de seguridad inmediatamente antes de eliminar problemas. Y el problema con la restauración de una copia de seguridad es que podría hacer más daño que bien. Lo que significa que si restaura una copia de seguridad antigua, se perderán los cambios que sucedieron desde esa copia de seguridad. Lo que podría consistir en muchos más problemas que se han creado.

Adding to what Jack and Dirk noted, some Jira Cloud users disable deletion for this reason of no "undo" feature for deletion.
Instead they may add a custom field such as "abandoned" and mark issues so they are hidden from boards and views. Reclaiming the issue is then as simple as clearing that field. Please discuss with your site admin if you are interested in such an approach.
