Sorry for inconvenience. I am providing screen shots, kindly follow following steps to understand my point of view.
Step-1: Click on "Create issue(c)" menu
Step-2:Click on "Summary" search field
Step-3: Scroll the page up and down, the pre-searched text of search field will also scroll with page. I think when we scroll the page pre-search text should be vanished. I am attaching screenshots for further details.

@Nafisa_Latif, welcome to the community. First, to be clear this is a forum of users like yourself so we can’t fix anything here. If you feel ther is a bug or want to suggest an enhancement now or in the future please contact Atlassian Support.
Now regarding your comment here I’m a bit confused as to what you are experiencing here. You mention the “Summary tab” but your image is of Description field in the Create screen. I see that you are on cloud instance. I’m unfamiliar with a summary tab and I can’t follow what you are experiencing. Can you provide more details so that I, or another user can assist?

Ah ok. now I understand. You are referring to the autofill text. So I suspect this is per design and suggest that if you wish to make a suggestion to change it you do so directly with Atlassian Support.
