Historic of remaining estimate

Is it possible to have a view of the project at a T time of the original estimate / spent time / remaining estimate? 

Example: 

25th of April I want the view of the project on the 1st of April or on the 1st of March

Jira just doesn't work like this.  To achieve this you would have to publish static data out to confluence on a daily basis, then you would be able to review the past.
