Hipchat plugin for Jira have error

Have this issue when I use JIRA connect to hipchat.

I did the Creating or Obtaining an SSL Key and Certificate before connect the plugin.

https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/22/JSP-227754 didn't find a hipchat product, put in JIRA project.

We are using the local server, and I checked this plugin haven't install successful yet.....

Li, There might be a problem of an old plugin installed on the HipChat side. Can you please try the workaround:

  1. go to https://hipchat.com/admin/addons
  2. There shouldn't be any JIRA's plugin. If there is, just Uninstall it.
  3. Back in JIRA try connecting to HipChat again
