We did had an Outage few days ago which was resolved. Having said that, we've checked on your HipChat status and we can see no issue.
Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? If you are having issue with the HipChat Desktop Client, could you access the app through the web client?
To narrow it down and to further isolate the case, would you be able to provide us the below information when you get a chance:
A very useful diagnostic step is checking your browser for any 'blocked' errors. If you're using Chrome, please follow the below steps:
1. Open DevTools
2. Go to the "Console tab" under the panel.
3. Check for errors in red. You should be seeing errors like the ones below:
You may need to take close attention to the error: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE mentioning Blocked by CORS Policy.
Those errors would mean that assets in the Network Environment are blocking Atlassian resources.
The solution to this is to have all the domains and IPs specified herewhitelisted on your network side.
