Hierarchy configuration.

I want to set the Iniative as a parent of an epic, but I can't find the hierarchy configuration.

Can you help me?

You can follow the steps described at the page below:

"Select Settings> Products, then select Advanced Roadmaps hierarchy configuration from the menu on the left."

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Hierarchy can only be configured if you have access to Jira Premium which includes Advanced roadmaps. You can then set the hierarchy if you go to Plans > Settings > Advanced Roadmaps hierarchy configuration.
