Hi,

we're getting assistance in development by another company but we also need to discuss tickets with our customers. But because the customer shouldn't be aware of external resources and only see our changes, we had to keep track of another Ticket repository in the past.

Therefore I would like to know if it's possible somehow to completely hide certain JIRA users(our external workers) from others(our customer accounts). If a ticket was resolved by an external developer, the assignee should be displayed to the customer as one of ours (or shouldn't be displayed at all)

Hi Fabian,

Should external workers have access to the same projects as your customer accounts have?
