Our team designed a User Created Template for our internal customers to complete when requesting service from our team.  The customer's requests becomes a child page to the template in the page tree.

Is there a way to automate the hiding of that created page so that only our team and the customer submitting the requests sees that particular page.  Our goal is to prevent all of the customers seeing each other's requests.

Jennifer,

I think you would have to use an app like Power Scripts to automate your process.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219507/power-scripts-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview

If you have Jira you might consider using Jira Service Management to receive requests since it has all these features and more built in.
