In our tickets on the customer boards, there is a ticket property called "remaining time". This property is used so that our developers can enter the remaining estimate. I would like to make this field invisible for various users. To be more precise, for the user group Customer (external). How can I hide this ticket item?
There isn't a way to hide a field just for some users, if it's in an issue that the users have permission to view; field-level permissions are not a native feature of Jira.
