Hide ads for on call

I get these ads in our Jira and I wonder how to hide it. I found some old threads about it but the solutions doesn't work. It is seriously annoying to not being able to disable these.

If you are seeing unwanted notifications about Atlassian events we recommend creating a Support Ticket with them. Atlassian may not always be able to remove them but can provide your feedback internally.

Also, have you tried:

1. Go to Jira System Settings
2. in the 'General configuration' page that automatically opens, go to the absolute bottom of the page
3. There, you'll see a link 'Turn off product recommendations'. Click it and follow the process.

Sorry for late reply, I did create a support ticket but they couldn't remove this one.
