Hide Options in checkbox field for a specific project

Hi Guys,

It is possible in a check box field to hide options for one project, but in another project all are visible.
For the checkboxes options, the disabled item exists, but this option is disabled for all fields.
Example:

Field: Car
Toyota
Volks
Fiat
Ford

In the project "A" appears the 4 options of the checkbox to be chosen.
In project "B" appears only 2 options (Toyota and Volks)
