Hide/Disable the key in the ticket field

Hi, i want to hide/disable the key in the ticket field/column, please.

In my case, the key is called KAN-number. It's not important to me, and this key confuses the information. I need a clean screen. Thank you.

Hi Rodrigo,

I don't believe this is possible anymore. If you really want to control that, create a dashboard and use the Filter Results gadget. Then you can control what columns/fields show up there better.

Hey @Rodrigo Ruckert ,

As John said, there have been some changes around that - see announcement here: Simplified All Work view: one unified column to rule them all (having this 'unified column' instead of multiple ones)

There's this feature request to have the ability to separate these values and have old way back: JRACLOUD-95658: Option to Display Issue Type, Issue Key, and Summary as Separate Columns in Jira List View
