Hidden spyware(?) URL embedded when I comment in Visual Mode

If I add a comment to a JIRA issue in Visual mode, an embedded URL is added also. This is pretty disconcerting.

What is this, and if it is yours what is it and why hide what you are doing? Or did it get added with one of the Managed Apps I tried?
