Hi, trying to track for change in "Solution % completed" week on week basis, is there JQL formula?

Example: 
1. There are 10 jira ID where solution moved from 0 to 50% in past 3 days/past week. How do I track this using JQL.

currently, I can either track using with "Updated" or "Solution % completed" field only, and unable to combine them. Please help
