Hi, could you help with a question: is it possible to prevent a user from editing a part of tasks on one board in jira, but allow editing another part of tasks on the same board?

The short answer is "no".

Two reasons:

• Issue edit rights are binary - you can either edit the issue, or you can not.  You can't have partial edit rights.  (The exceptions are reporter and assignee fields, these are controlled by permissions)
• Boards are not the things that determine how issues work.  Issue behaviours, including who can update it, are determined by project and issue type.
