I'm trying to permanently delete my Atlassian account. The deletion page says I'm the last billing admin of a transaction account with active entitlements, but I have no active subscriptions or entitlements visible in my billing account. Please remove the stale billing entitlement/billing-admin association so I can delete my account.
Or delete my acccount completely, my email is lilit12bn@gmail.com

Hi @LilitG and welcome to the Community!

Deleting your account may include a number of steps and - also - takes a while. Only after removing every subscription (which Atlassian does not remove immediately, but keeps in a restorable state for some time in case you make a mistake), can you delete the account itself.

The procedure and the time it may take is described in the following support articles:

Hope this helps!

Hi @LilitG

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The error indicates that your account is still the last billing admin of a transaction account that has active entitlements. Atlassian won't allow the account to be deleted while this association exists.

To proceed, you will need to.

- Change the billing contact/admin to another user, so that you are no longer the last billing contact for the account, or
- Cancel all subscriptions associated with that billing account if they are no longer required.

Atlassian documented it here.

https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/deleting-your-atlassian-account-when-you-are-the-billing-or-technical-contact/

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/

Once there are no remaining billing/subscription dependencies, you should be able to proceed with deleting your Atlassian account.

If you don't see any active subscriptions or don't have an option to change the billing contact, as you mentioned, I would contact Atlassian Billing Support. Community members don't have access to the underlying transaction account or entitlement information, whereas Atlassian Support can check what is still associated with your account:
