Hi, I'm new here. Please how do I create user stories in Jira Software.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Log into Jira with an account that can create issues in the right projects, and click "create".  If your project(s) have a user story issue type, use that.  If not, then ask your Jira admins to add the issue type to the project.
