Hi @Ala_ Hussein

You will need to start removing attachments on issues (work items).

On a free instance you have 2GB of storage, if you require more you will ned to switch to a paid plan

To see your storage, go to Administration of your instance, Apps -> Platform Experiences -> Sites (select your site) -> Storage

Hi,

in free you have 2 GB Space Unlock the Best Jira Pricing Plans for Your Team Today | Atlassian . When its full you get this message,

So you can delete some attachments to regain space or upgrade your plan.

Hi @Ala_ Hussein ,

You’re using the free Jira Cloud plan, which only includes 2 GB of total storage.
When that storage is full, Jira shows a warning and you can’t keep using it normally.

To fix this, you must either:

  1. Option 1 – Free up space (stay on Free plan) -- Your team is small or You don’t need to store many files in Jira itself (you can use external storage like Google Drive, etc.).

    1. Start removing attachments (and possibly other large content) from issues/work items:

      • Large files (images, videos, zips, logs).

      • Old or unnecessary attachments.

    2. After deleting, storage usage will drop and Jira will stop showing the “out of storage” message.

  2. Option 2 – Upgrade to a paid plan

    1. If your team needs more than 2 GB, you’ll need to move to a paid Jira Cloud plan.

    2. Paid plans include more storage (and other features like more users, audit logs, etc., depending on plan).
