please also kindly check the great training & certification collection here in Community.
Some days ago a basic learning article was published which offers a great series of videos (tutorials) that should every user get started.

In case you or your users should have open questions after having a look into the tutorials Community is always here to help - a lot of members are here to answer a broad range of questions.
