I'd second what @Chris Hampshire said. I discovered the Learning - Atlassian Community some time after I'd started to use the product, and wish someone had told me earlier! The Get started quickly section is useful as a basic intro to the various tools at your disposal, and you can then follow up with browsing the Learning catalog and selecting courses that will take you into more detail.
