Hi All, i am unable to login into JIRA application server

Hi All, i am unable to login into JIRA application , i have installed the trail versin of JIRA server, when i am trying to go forward with forget username and password i am not receiving emails on my email id, i am also not able to raise the ticket with the atlassian as i dont have the SEN number. Please let me know how to proceed in this situation ?

If you have been configured Outgoing mail then only you will get an email for recover password.

You can find the SEN number https://my.atlassian.com site.

Hi @Shrikant Maheshwari,

you should have set a username and password for the Admin-User when installing the trial.

If you forget that password and did not set up emailing in Jira before, you can try this to set a temporary password:
