I am currently facing issue with an alert on click of each ticket in the board with a popup with below text. This issue is there for every board in the JIRA.
The requested API has been removed. Please migrate to the /rest/api/3/search/jql API. A full migration guideline is available at https://developer.atlassian.com/changelog/#CHANGE-2046

Are you using an API with the endpoint that hasn't been used any more in any automation rules, integrations?
I am not sure about that may be someone might have used it. But this issue is coming for all JIRA boards in the organization.

Do you have any custom apps being deployed to your Jira instance? If you do, this is why you are getting this error.
Do you have any applications that are using this API endpoint? If yes, this is why you are seeing this error.
