We use Jira Server and HelpScout. I recently added the Jira App to HelpScout and everything functions very well except when trying to create a New Issue for Jira.
Once I have entered all the data for the New Issue and submit, it gives an error that Fix Version needs to be an array. There is no way to make it an array, so it is impossible to create a New Issue in Jira through this method.
Our Fix Version is required on our Jira Server, so even if I remove the Fix Version from the Create Issue screen, it still fails due to the requirement to have Fix Version.
Any ideas or maybe the person who created the app for HelpScout could look into this and fix it???
