Hello,

Please contact me about upgrading out version of Jira. I'm also having issues accessing the system with my admin user profile, but i have no issues as a dev.

Well, let's deal with the access issue first. So i created a new admin account and i was able to access my projects again. which suggests there was an issue with the admin user account.

I am not yet ready to proceed with the upgrade. I will reach out a little later.
