I want to know why Agile reports are not showing up for users. But as an admin I am able to see them . . Is there any specific way for user to be able to view & use Agile reports ?
But they are able to view the other type of reports like "Issue analysis" & "Forecast" etc . . Not sure why only Agile isnt showing up
Hello @AisM
Thank you I'm fine, hoping the same for you.
There might be several reasons for this:
1. Jira Core and Jira Software have different feature sets and capabilities, and some Agile features are only available with Jira Software. If the user has a Jira Core license but not a Jira Software license, they may not be able to access Agile reports.
2. It's possible that users don't have the appropriate permissions to view Agile reports. As an admin, you may have access to additional permissions that allow you to view these reports.
I hope it helps!
@Tuncay Senturk Hellooo !!! You are right. The reason was because the specific user did not have permissions on the Board.

@Tuncay Senturk On the other hand. I have a general questions. The thing is, we have story points for Stories & Tasks but NOT for sub-tasks ( they are not even on the sub-task screens). On the Board, the estimates are flagged towards Story points.
But recently when users try to start a Sprint, they get a message on the sprint start page saying "Issues (sub-tasks) do not have a value for the 'Estimate' field. Values entered after the start of the sprint will be treated as scope change" . . Not sure how to get rid of this. I do not want estimates to be considered for sub-tasks.
Let me know I need to post this as a separate question ;)

Hi @AisM
I think it is best to post it as a separate question to have answers from people who have faced similar problems or know how to fix them.
Best
